Daytona Sky Box Race Day Party

Welcome to the Daytona 500 Race Party!!!

Pre-Race Schedule of Festivities* With the drop of the green flag, NASCAR will begin its 60th season of competition
* Richard Petty will wave the green flag for the 50th Daytona 500
* The 24 living champions of the Daytona 500 will serve as the grand marshals
* 1960 Daytona 500 Champion Junior Johnson will drive the 2008 Corvette pace car
* The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will handle flyover duties
* Brooks & Dunn, Michael McDonald, Chubby Checker, and Kool & the Gang will perform a pre-race concert

Sunday, Feb. 17th
1:30pm: Sprint Cup Driver's Meeting
2:00pm: FOX Sports Pre-Race Coverage Begins
2:30pm: Driver Introductions
3:30pm: Green Flag, 50th Daytona 500 (FOX Sports, MRN Radio)

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT-M-Cats Club has a Driver in the Daytona 500

One of the Daytona 500 Drivers is out of the Race and they needed a Driver right away. They had five Drivers race around the track and our VERY OWN Sammy Meezer, the Whapanator was the fastest!! His #1 Car is "The Whapmeister" So he will Race in the Daytona 500 on Sunday!! Let's give a big Cheer for Sammy!! WHOOOOO! HOOOOO!
